Fosse get 1st win of the season
Fosse looked to get their first win of the season against a side that were sitting below them in division 4. Fosse looked like their oldselves from the off as they took the game to Lutterworth. Fosse scored their 1st with a Craig Carter strike that bamboozled the Lutterworth Keeper. Lutterworth restored the scoreline after some sloppy defending by Fosse. Fosse restored their lead moments later when a corner from Dawkins hit Jones and somehow found the net. Fosse were on top and looked comfortable but somehow found themselves going into half-time in a draw after another piece of sloppy defending lead to a Lutterworth goal.
A rallying cry from manager Cleary wanted Fosse to take the game to Lutterworth as he knew they could win comfortably. Fosse seemed to come out the better side but soon found themselves 4-2 down and they couldnt quite believe it. Another rallying cry from both Cleary and Carter seemed to have an effect on Fosse as they scored 5 goals without reply. Some clever link up play from all corners of the pitch saw Fosse look comfortable in the win and shoot up the table and still remain unbeaten.
