Fosse record 1st loss of the season

Fosse City recorded their 1st loss of the season against a side they had beaten 7-4 only a few weeks ago. Its was a lacklustre start for Fosse who found themselves 2-0 down very early on in the game after some poor defending from the midfield and the defence. Fosse seemed to have only made it out of their own half a handful of times across the 45mins. Late on in the half Fosse found themselves 3-0 down and there seemed to be no way back for them.
During the half time break Fosse seemed to need the 'talk' from Cleary that had so often seen then turn games around. Carter took this job and it cetainely had the desired effect. Cobley missed a chance with his 1st touch of the second half and it was left to Bayliss who bagged two goals in quick succession.
Fosse couldnt quite squeeze the 3rd goal after some fantastic saves from the Knights keeper. An overall poor performance left Fosse dissapointed.

Next up for Fosse is Birstall Rangers in the Stokes Cup.
