For the first time this season the Heavens didn't open and we had a good day in the first match of
the National Young Athletes League in Neath under the new format of boys and girls together. It did rain however it did rain P.B.'s as the younger stars of the Harriers between them set 16 new Personal Best figures. Mark Boswell improving his Hammer by 6 metres and Lucy Bath led the way with 3 different P.B.'s each.Closely followed by team mates Samantha Adams, Carina Lord and Rhiannon Greenaway with 2 each and Criag Pugsley,Jason Leach and Lisa Boswell one P.B. each. Not forgetting Christopher Evans by an incredible 7seconds in the 1500m, for the third match on the trot and Carina Lord for the second successive match. Full results were:
