With 3 Gold medals Rachel Conway was firing on all cylinders at the Welsh Indoor Championships. She took the Under 17 women’s Long Jump title with 5.26 metres followed it with the 60m title in 7.91 seconds before ending with the U17 women’s 200m title in 25.95secs. Under 15 team mate Rebecca Williams almost matched her with the U15 girls Long Jump title 5.05m the U15 girls200m in 26.53. Rebecca had to settle for the Silver in the U15 girls 60m in 8.11.
The Harriers athletes won a further 6 championships taking the haul to 12 in all:
