Steve Leach UKA Level 3 Throws Coach

Steve has been coaching since September 1996. He joined Newport Harriers when his sons persuaded him to take them to athletics in June 1996, none have regretted the move.

Steve coaches discus and is available when needed to coach hammer and shot. In the past he has coached athletes to Welsh vest level and currently has two athletes in the Welsh National Development Squad and other squad members who have become National Champions. Steve also holds a level 4 Time keeping grade and is the current Newport harriers Club Secretary.
