we can not rectify or diagnose the fault you are
experiencing there is no charge - This is our no repair, no
fee policy

Call out
charge is £ 30.00 per hour, with a minimum of a one
hour call out fee
All home visits
are guaranteed - if we need to return we will not
charge you the call out fee for a recurring fault

to contact us about arranging a home or business call out
you have probably exhausted all the other avenues of
repairing your current problem.
We will
endeavour to repair the fault as quickly and efficiently as
possible with out causing to much disruption to either your
business or home, in most cases we will always try to call
on you after 6.00 pm which we find suites people and
business' perfectly
