Every client and venue is unique and as a result will have unique security requirements.

 

Whether these requirements are specific to your license or individual to your venue S.F.M. Security Consultants can meet these needs.

 

What can you expect?

 

• S.F.M. will hold a copy of the security training certificates of all staff.
• S.F.M. will hold a copy of all registration documents, license details and will be licensed and trained to Security Industry Authority regulations.
• A code of conduct has been set out by S.F.M. and will be adhered to.
• The designated uniform for S.F.M. must be worn at all times.
• There will be a designated team leader at
• your venue and if this team leader is
• unavailable will be replaced by someone with experience in your venue in compliance to your venues specific needs.
• A preferential pool of staff experienced at your venue will be used and the management of S.F.M. will communicate with the venue management to confirm replacements as needed.
• All security hosts supplied will be proficient in the art of opening doors and smiling to your clientele.
• All Security hosts will be proficient in radio procedures and will wear earpieces at all times.
